The TPM Trust contracts with Rehn & Associates for COBRA Administration.
Termination notices or COBRA qualifying event forms should be emailed to cobra@tpmrs.com via email or faxed to the TPM Trust Office (509) 533-1947.

Coverage is administered by Premera Blue Cross in Washington, Idaho and Wyoming. Cigna provides coverage in Oregon, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana covers Montana.Please replace the text under the heading.
